Returns Policy
Extreme Racing offers you a guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, refunds will only be issued for un-used garments. Please let us know within 7 days (where possible) and we will issue a returns number to write on the parcel you return the goods in.
If you receive the wrong goods, or they were damaged in transit, you must contact Extreme Racing immediately by e-mail and tell us what has happened. We will give you a goods returns number that you should write on the parcel you return the goods in. Contact us by e-mail info@extremeracing.co.uk
Your right of cancellation
- You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods (see below).
- To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to extremeracing.co.uk by post, email giving details of the goods ordered and, where appropriate, their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
- Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to extremeracing.co.uk at your own cost. The goods must be returned with a returns number. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. In the case of faulty or misdescribed goods we shall, after receiving notification in accordance with clause (3) or (4) here ask you to return the goods yourself and refund you reasonable postage costs.
- Once you have notified extremeracing.co.uk that you are cancelling the contract, extremeracing.co.uk will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
- Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you do not return the goods as required, extremeracing.co.uk may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
- You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for underwear (base layers) you have worn unless the only way to discover a fault is by wearing/washing your product.
